Building Information

In January of 2019, JT Klein Company, Inc. completed construction of an eighty three (83) unit, four story mixed income senior apartment building in Middleton, Wisconsin. Construction costs for Oak Ridge Middleton exceeded $15,000,000. This development targets independent seniors aged 55+ and providing affordable units ranging between 30%, 50%, 60% AMIs (area median income), to market rate units. Oak Ridge Middleton was designed specifically for Seniors and offers amenities and unit features with residents 55+ in mind. This includes an enormous gathering area with a pool table, community computer, card tables, community kitchen/dining room, on-site mini library, and two fireplaces.  Oak Ridge Middleton offers a variety of different floor plans ranging from one, two, and three bedroom apartments, including 70 affordable units. Additionally, many of the three bedroom units were designed for "grandfamilies", families with senior heads of household raising younger relatives.
