Founded November 2014, JT Klein Company, Inc. develops workforce, senior, and mixed income housing for Wisconsin's families and seniors. We specialize in infill multifamily housing and are experienced working with wide range of affordable housing funding programs including Section 42 tax credits.
JT Klein Company was named one of the top 50 Affordable Housing Developers of 2016 by Affordable Housing Finance magazine.
JT Klein Company is redeveloping 820 South Park Street and five adjacent single family homes into 8Twenty Park, a 95 unit new construction mixed income development in Madison, WI. Phase I opened June 2018, wiith Phase II opening in September. This project consists of a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units including townhomes in a mixed use building which will include approximately 2,000 square feet of commercial space fronting in Park St. This first floor space will contain JT Klein Company's corporate office.
Meadow Ridge Middleton
Opened May 2017, Meadow Ridge Middleton is a four story, 95 unit mixed income development located at 7625 Lisa Lane in Middleton, WI. The project contains 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units with surface and underground parking.
Stagecoach Trail Apartments
Stagecoach Trail Apartments is a planned 46 unit, three story mixed income apartment building to be located at 6620 Century Avenue in Middleton, WI. The project will offer one and two bedroom apartments with surface and underground parking, as well as access to the adjacent 160 acre Pheasant Branch Conservancy.
