Completed in May 2017, Meadow Ridge Middleton offers one, two, and three bedroom units located in the center of Middleton's evolving Parmenter Corridor. This development transformed a vacant bowling alley into a 95 unit 4 story project. Meadow Ridge Middleton is located within two blocks of a new 50,000 square foot Meriter/UW Health Clinic, planned to reach 250,000 square feet by 2027. This $17,000,000 project was completed on time and on budget. Not only was the project completed on time, but it was 100% preleased, and was 100% occupied within 45 days of completion. This project is a key component of the City of Middleton's Parmenter Corridor Neighborhood Plan and is supported financially by a TIF loan from Tax Increment District #5.
