This development is perfectly suited for workforce housing as it is located directly behind the Orchard Pointe shopping center. Limestone Ridge utilized a variety of financing sources including, WHEDA 4% federal tax credits, Dane County Affordable Housing Development Funds, and Dane Workforce Housing Funds. Upon completion this development will provide 76 one bedroom, 23 two bedrooms, and 17 three bedrooms units across 30-80% AMI.
